The durability of each piece will depend on factors such as chain type, lifestyle, wear and tear, etc. Once the chain is cut all sales are final and there are no exchanges. Permanent jewelry is durable, but not indestructible. Everyone’s lifestyles are different. If a chain is lost or broken there are no refunds, free replacements, or discounts.
We understand life happens, so if you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible and we will always try to reschedule to another date. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit or incur a late cancellation fee.
