I understand that permanent jewelry item(s) are final sale. There are no refunds or replacements.

I understand that although this jewelry is intended to be permanent, durable and long-lasting, the length of wear can vary depending on my physical activity and other factors.

I understand and it is my responsibility to care for my jewelry and I accept all fault for any damages that may occur.*

I understand that the jewelry and welding procedure does have some risks; including but not limited to potential allergic reactions, irritation, discomfort, burns, scarring and hazard to eyes.

I understand that the technician take reasonable precautions by using protective cloth over the skin and under the chain, making available safety glasses for eye protection.*

I understand that there may be some instances where I will be required to remove my jewelry (surgery, MRI, etc.). I understand that the jewelry can easily be removed with clippers (at the weld site) and re-attached by the jeweler at a later date.*

I give the technician permission to photograph my jewelry and procedure for their own marketing and promotional purposes and I understand I will not receive any compensation or royalty fees for the use of your likeness.*
